During my well documented travels (on this blog anyway!!!!) I came across the Folding Panel Kit and came over all sentimental. I drifted off to the school reception, the lobby of the swimming baths and the library with the old fuzzy felt display boards with handmade posters attached vying for your attention. Wow I had forgotten about panel kits and wow (again) they have really improved with age.
They are incredibly versatile and can be used to create anything from a small counter top display such as the mini table top folding panel kit to the 6 Panel Folding Panel Kit to a whole exhibition stand. They simply click together and the graphics you wish to use are velco’d into place in seconds. The Plex panels have a recessed frame so if required the graphic will sit flush to the frame so the felt can’t be seen.
There are a vast array of accessories that can be purchased to compliment the kits including lights, table tops etc. The Showstore offers 14 colour choices so you can choose a felt that compliments your corporate image , you could as one client has, order different coloured panels and have a funky checker board effect!
The great thing about the Folding Panel Kit is that it is fully portable , but make sure your supplier provides you with a carry bag (we do!!). They make a fantastic alternative to a Pop-Up stand even a banner stand and are great value for money. I have in the past purchased a large panel kit for an event then later in the year expanded it for an exhibition Then when finished rather than storing it I have broken the panels down and had part of it in the reception as a backdrop, part in the staff room as a notice board and several bits out with reps which they used as simple backdrops for demos they complete.
